OUT OF OFFICE NOTICE (JAN 21 - FEB 6): I will be out of the office from January 21st until February 6th. I will get back to any emails or inquiries upon my return. If you are in need of immediate crisis support please call 9-8-8 or if you are in immediate danger please make your way to the nearest emergency room or call 9-1-1.
TEMPORARY VIRTUAL ONLY DATES (FEB 6 - FEB 18): I will be working fully virtually from February 6th to 18th. Please make sure to select “VIRTUAL Subsequent Counselling Session” to be able to view the availability and book. If you have any trouble booking or finding a spot during this period, please do not hesitate to send me an email. In-Person sessions will resume as of February 19th. Thank you.
WELCOME SARAH, OUR NEW INTERN: Our new intern Sarah Muboyayi has started working with us. She offers early morning appointments (starting at 6am) and evening appointments (7-10pm). She works virtually and offers a sliding scale to make therapy more accessible. Please let us know if cost is a barrier and we will be happy to share some options.
NEW CLIENTS: As of January 1st, 2026, prices will be increasing to $179.
RETURNING CLIENTS: As of April 7th, 2026, prices will be increasing to $179 (written notice sent by email on January 7th 2026)
IMPORTANT FOR IN-PERSON COUNSELLING APPOINTMENTS As Renew Resilience Counselling is located within the Orleans Chiropractic Clinic. Doors may only open 5 minutes before your appointment if the Chiropractic Clinic is closed.
